The hotel had no bin in the bathroom, but overall, it was great and very clean. The rooms were in short supply for the 31st July weekend, yet the pricing was not expensive.

The hotel was in a convenient location and ideal for the gig we were attending at the Genting Arena. However, the room was freezing and filthy, with no mattress protector on the sofa bed and dirty bathroom. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

The hotel room we stayed in was not the best choice financially as it was quite small and had a large red stain on the carpet. The initial room allocated to us on the first floor was noisy, especially with our 4-month-old daughter. However, the staff was helpful and polite, particularly in the restaurant. The location was convenient despite not being very inviting, easy to access through the motorway, and close to Resorts World. Unfortunately, the dining experience was subpar with limited options for breakfast. On the bright side, they delivered required items promptly when requested.
